Write like a scholar
Real essays, arguments and stories, not exam drills. Strong enough to enter the John Locke Global Essay Prize.
Project Agora is a Hong Kong learning studio, teaching since 2017. We bring Oxbridge-style tutorials to students aged 9 to 18 across Asia: writing, discussion and public speaking through the humanities and social sciences, in live online classes of three to seven — and we make it genuinely fun.
Families pour so much into their children’s education — the tutors, the endless revision sessions. Yet something is still missing. Project Agora is that missing piece: real thinking, a real voice, and the confidence to use it. We are not an ordinary tutorial centre; our classes are Socratic discussions where every voice matters, and the quiet ones grow into the first to speak.
Real essays, arguments and stories, not exam drills. Strong enough to enter the John Locke Global Essay Prize.
Debate, oracy and presentation, taught until your child can hold a room, with the TED-Ed stage included.
We teach how to learn, so your child grows into an independent, motivated mind that goes far in life.
Bright, playful classes children look forward to. The result is a child who can think, write and speak for themselves, truly ready for the future.
Our students go on to the world’s finest universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Imperial, HKU and Columbia.
