One student per line — Name, email (comma or tab between; email optional). Everyone here is added as a TED-Ed Student Talks student: Hong Kong, free enrolment, no invoice. Already-listed students are skipped, so pasting twice is harmless.
Weekly schedule
The teacher’s fixed weekly classes. Their monthly report builds its week cards from this. Save with no rows to clear it (falls back to any built-in schedule).
Welcome pack
Copy, fill in the studio password, and send it your way (WhatsApp or email). Everything else — reserved name, first-PIN sign-in, training — is already set up.
Mark as paid
Confirms payment for this month. The teacher is emailed and sees this on their monthly report page.
